You can ask the Bartender on duty for current jackpot, next featured game, previous drawing results, and recent winning ticket info. You can also click here to go to our Facebook page where upcoming featured games are usually posted 1-2 days before.
Every Tuesday and Friday night, Post 92 features a sports game of the night (football, basketball, baseball, or hockey, Pro or NCAA) and builds a jackpot to be claimed by somebody with a winning randomly generated ticket at the end of regulation -or- secondary prize, if not present. On most nights, the game will be shown on our large screen and other TVs unless an entertainment event is occurring, in which case, we will still show the featured game on multiple TVs. If nobody has won at the end of regulation, the jackpot is carried over to the next sports night.
The purpose of this game is to generate traffic and sales for Post 92 and being present at the end of the featured game’s regulation time to win is required to claim the jackpot*** -OR- ½ the jackpot if not present, which you can claim up to 7 days later by submitting your winning ticket to the bar.
Rules:
- A Winning Ticket occurs when the number for each team on your ticket matches the last digit of the score for that team, respectively, at the End of Regulation.
“End of Regulation” means:
Pro Basketball & All Football Games: End of the 4th Quarter
NCAA Basketball Games: End of the 2nd Half
All Baseball Games: End of the 9th Inning All Hockey Games: End of the 3rd Period - To claim the whole jackpot amount***, you must be present and the winning ticket must be validated at the game’s end of regulation.
- If you are not present at the end of regulation but have a winning ticket -and- the jackpot is over $200 (or equal to), you win half of the jackpot amount. You must present your winning ticket to the bar within 7 days or the ticket is expired and the prize amount is returned to the current jackpot.
- If you are not present at the end of regulation but have a winning ticket -and- the jackpot is under $200, you win $20. You must present your winning ticket to the bar within 7 days or the ticket is expired and the prize amount is returned to the current jackpot.
- To play the standard Sports Lottery Game (does not include Mad Pizza Bonus Play): Purchase a random generated ticket from the bar any day/time before the featured game begins. LIMIT 2 PER PERSON, PER BAR SHIFT (2 Bar shifts each day, opening/closing).
- Mad Pizza Bonus Play: For each menu item purchased from Mad Pizza, you may purchase a special Sports Lottery Mad Pizza Bonus ticket from the bar before the featured game begins. LIMIT 2 PER PERSON, PER BAR SHIFT (2 Bar shifts each day, opening/closing).
If the Mad Pizza Bonus Play Ticket generates with the number “1” for both teams, you win $25 – $50 (depending on sports game type) + keep your ticket for a chance to win the Sports Lottery. If any Mad Pizza Bonus Play Ticket wins the Sports Lottery, you win an additional $25 Gift Certificate for Mad Pizza + the jackpot amount. - We cannot control rain delays or any unseen event that may delay the beginning of a game, cause a delay, or cancel the game entirely.**.
- This is computerized and the bartender has no control once the Validation Button on the computer screen disappears (time to validate has expired). Keep in mind, the purpose of this contest is to encourage participation and fun in our Post. It is ultimately up to you to be present at the end of regulation. If you leave early and win, do not attempt to contact the bar to ask us to “hold on to the prize”. It is not possible, as the ticket must be validated and there is a short time to do so at the end of the game. Please do not put yourself at risk to attempt to speed back to Post 92! You will still win a prize.
- If there was no winning ticket generated the pot rolls on to the next game night.
- A schedule of featured games will be put out monthly, approximately a week before the month begins. The games we feature will usually be prioritized as: (1) Games that begin between 7PM – 8PM. (2) South Florida teams (if playing). (3) We will attempt to use football/basketball games first due to their higher ticket generation possibilities*.
- Ticket generation process for Football and Basketball games: These tickets offer one randomly generated number between 0-9, for each team. There are exactly 100 unique tickets generated for these games*.
- Ticket generation process for Baseball and Hockey games: These tickets offer one randomly generated number between 0-6, for each team. This is because baseball and hockey games generally end in lower scores. No 0-0 ticket will ever be generated for Baseball or Hockey games. There are exactly 48 unique tickets generated for these games*.
*The random ticket generation process is programmed to make sure all 100 unique combinations of tickets for Football/Baseball games -OR- all 48 unique combinations for Baseball/Hockey games, are printed first without any chance of duplication. The likelihood of generating 48 tickets before the game starts is very low (let alone 100). This means on most nights, only unique combinations will be drawn. However, if there is a high traffic event or, perhaps, the jackpot has rolled over enough to attract a high amount of interest, once a complete cycle of unique tickets has been printed, the system resets to create another unique cycle of tickets. That means it is technically possible to have more than one winner, but, keep in mind, the jackpot itself would be at a much higher amount, as well. in such an unlikely scenario, the jackpot will be split equally among winning tickets, with that split amount given to winners present at the end of regulation -or- half of the split amount for winning tickets not present and claimed within 7 days.
** Post 92 must close and be empty of non- employees by 2am, the latest. In an event a game is delayed for any reason, the bartender on duty will stay open until exactly 2am. In the extraordinary event a game is delayed to a point that the end of regulation will not occur by 2am -OR- the game is canceled, that lottery drawing will be called over, and the pot will be rolled over to the next game night. Each ticket purchased for a canceled event will be replaced with a new generated ticket for the upcoming featured game, when presented. We schedule games that start between 7PM – 8PM as most will end regulation time within 3 hours. Tickets are only generated until the official advertised starting time of a game. If a game is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, we cannot generate more tickets during that delay.
*** Pot Deductions: A 10% replenishment fee is deducted from the Jackpot amount ONLY when the winning ticket(s) are present and claimed at the end of regulation. There is no replenishment fee if a winning ticket is not present (as it is not needed since half the amount remains for the next jackpot).
If a $25-$50 Mad Pizza Bonus Play Instant Winning ticket (1-1 Score) is generated, that amount is deducted from the Jackpot amount previous to any Lottery winning ticket(s) being paid out.
Please drink responsibly. Getting cut off from drinking does not mean you have to leave or cannot still win the jackpot if you have a winning ticket. However, anybody who engages in behavior where the bartender asks you to leave forfeits their chance of winning and their ticket is disqualified.
