• Any member can be the referrer of a new member to any charter. The referring member's charter will receive a contest point for their own charter once the new member is approved and dues paid. If the referring member is a dual member (belongs to more than one charter), the charter the new member is being signed to will receive the contest point.
• On the new member application under "Referring Member", the printed name and charter of the referring member must be included for their charter to receive a contest point.

• Submissions of new members on this website may begin August 1, 2025 (12 AM) and may continue until January 31, 2026 (11:59 PM). They must be submitted by the First Vice (or an approved member of their charter) who will receive a special security code to make submissions.
• Transfers from other Posts do count, however, only the receiving charter will get a contest point.
• Submissions of new members should only be made on this website upon completion of the individual charter's process of vetting (ie DD214), charter approval, and completed dues payment. That is, the rules of the charter that the new member will belong to.
• Before making a submission to this website, ensure that the new member application is dated between August 1 2025 and Jan 31 2026 and that the new member has been approved and dues paid in this time frame. Transfers must also be completed during this time frame.
• Submissions on this website can be made at any time during the contest. At the end of each contest month, a verification of the new members/transfers submitted will be made. Please retain the original or copy of the new member application and/or transfer forms.
• This contest does not include renewals of already existing members, regardless of last dues payment. The exception to this rule is if the member is transferring in from another Post and then paying renewal or backed dues, in which case, the new member will count as a contest point for the charter they will be joining.
• All new members must have the ability to pay for their own membership unless they are the family member of a current Post 92 member or under 18YO. The goal of membership should always be to bring in new, exciting, and RESPONSIBLE people who will show up for Post activitives and can afford to pay for Post products and continued membership. Do not sign poor membership candidates just to win a contest. Create membership organically through membership drives and initiatives.
• This website shows real time contest results (under the "Results" Tab) and updates upon each submission. Legion TV results will be updated at the end of each month upon physical form verification (mentioned above). Failure to provide proof of application/approval at the end of each month may result in the temporary docking of a contest point for each unverified member, until verification is made.
• The charter with the most contest points (minimum 10) will be named 2026 Membership Champions and honored at the new annual Membership Only Dinner (date TBD). If no charter gets 10+ points, no champions will be named.
• The member responsible for most contest points (minimum 5) will be named 2026 Membership MVP and honored at the new annual Membership Only Dinner (date TBD). If no member gets 5+ points, no MVP will be named.
